I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone with this case on it. Probably like once a day (I'm a clumsy one). But this case is amazing. The bumpers on the corners and lip around the screen never allow the phone to come into contact with the floor or anything it might hit on the way down. I HIGHLY recommend this case. It's the best I've owned. I'll absolutely buy another one the next time I upgrade my phone. Oh, and it's pretty too. It's only slightly worn from me being so rough with it, but it's still fully intact after a few years of use.

Holding up good.

Beautiful and easy to hold, but it is already wearing quite a bit. The wood has worn away at the corners and I've had it for less than four months. Otherwise, I love this case!

I've had this case for 6 months now and it has exceeded my expectations! It's durable, I've dropped my phone numerous times and it's done it's job protecting my phone. I was concerned about the wood backing and how it would hold up, so far so good. I have had multiple people comment on my case and asked where I got it. So I would definitely buy this case again in a heartbeat!!

This has taken a lot of falls and kept my phone crack free! Although dropping it really hard in the woods did allow it to crack, that was me being dumb. The wood eventually starts to wear away so you can tell it's real wood even though it doesn't look or feel it because of the rubberized texture.

This case is special. It's beautiful and offers super good protection. Nothing happens to the phone when in it. It's just a bit bulky, so the iPhone's beauty is hidden... But if you want protection and style, get this.

It was beautiful out of the box, but I waited a few weeks to review this to see how it held up. This case has been drop kicked several times in the last two weeks and the held up perfectly. Great product. I love the look and feel of the wood. This is the second one of these I have ordered. The first one lasts for over a year but then started to look dingy and the wood started to wear away but that is from daily constant use. My iPhone is dropped all the time and it doesn't have a scratch.

Great product. It looks like real wood, but has a non-slip rubber feel.One solid piece. The wood overlay does not snap onto the rubber case as I thought it showed on the picture. Beveled edges for extra protection if your phone is dropped. Fits phone perfectly.

Really cool phone case that actually provides good protection. The case rises up above the sides so it protects the front of the phone. And it seems pretty sturdy for drops. However, the case is still slim and my phone easily slides into my pocksg

I've gone through a handful of real wood cases that alway end up cracking as well as the fake looking plastic wood cases. This case definitely neither of those. This case is awesome! Great look of wood but the protection of rubber. Curved edges of the corners protects the screw & back. The wraps around edges add even more protection. Overall 5 stars & will buy again.

This is NOT wood-it is a rubber type case that looks like wood. (I may be the only one who ordered it thinking it was.) It is exactly what my husband wanted, so bonus there! He wanted a "wood case." I thought he wanted real wood, but actually, this case was exactly what he was looking for. It fits perfectly and looks nice and sleek, and is much better than a "pretty case" because it actually protects your phone.

After buying real wood cases over and over again hoping that "they wouldn't break this time"...I finally took a chance on this case. I'm glad I did. It feels like a rubber type material, its very nice. The screen edge is very tall, which I'm happy about. It has taken a few falls with ease. Its beautiful...such a realistic wood print on the back.

I have had this case for about 3 weeks now and I love it. Fit is very good and buttons work perfectly. I can tell you that it will protect your phone. I dropped the phone while 4 wheeling on the road at about 15 mph and the phone bounced down the road. When I went back and picked it up the phone and case where in perfect condition. I can not even find evidence of where the case hit the ground. The front lip gives plenty of lift to protect the screen if laid upside down on a flat surface.

Awesome case! Very much worth $17 and looks and feels very cool...the reason I was looking for a new phone case was that mine was kind of old and beat up; this one is exactly what I was looking for, and I normally wouldn't spend $17 on a phone case but the wood on it and engraving is really cool! It is somewhat flexible when off the phone, which is great because I was thinking if it's wood, it wouldn't be very flexible, but it actually fits great on the phone and is not too difficult to take off and slide on. My old case was pretty difficult to take off and I also had one that fit really loosely. The rubber is good too because it is pretty easy to grip. This case is great and the corners don't jut out too much where they would make it annoying....the back actually feels like wood but a flexible kind of sandalwood- overall very satisfied!!

This phone case shipped in a day earlier than what was expected, so that was a bonus. I love the look of the wood on the back of the case. It's not too bulky like some protective phone cases, so it fits well in a jeans pocket. It comes in just one piece too that slips on easily over your phone, so you don't have to assemble it together.

It's a soft case with a wood laminate, not a hard case made out of wood. The bumper corners work great, I've dropped my phone a couple times and this case hasn't failed yet. I've had it for about 6 months and it's held up very well. There's a very small amount of wear in the corners from being in and out of my pocket but it still looks good.

I have been really impressed with this case. The case surrounds the phone fully, providing ample coverage around the front of the phone without getting in the way of the screen. It's sturdy and the wood lining provides a nice grip.

Best cover I have ever bought. Stylish and it protects

It's been almost a week since I got the case, and I love it so far. For a case that is pretty thin, you can feel the durability. I haven't dropped my phone yet (knock on wood), but I'm pretty confident that it would take a fall. The case is nice and clean. Feels good on the hand, but it's not too slippery like other cases. I got the tri- instead of the duel and those corner bump outs make a difference. Love the wood grain too. All around great case... but I will be sure to update this review once I drop my phone a few times... I also recommend getting a tempered glass screen protector. No glare. You can feel the added layer on your phone.

This case has been great for my iPhone 6. After having dropped this phone multiple times, this case has done a phenomenal job of protecting it. My only complaint is that the wood backing does wear down after time, but it's only in the raised corner areas. It's a beautiful case and I will be purchasing more!

I love this case! I wanted a wooden case but I also wanted to make sure it would protect my phone. This is exactly that! It is very smooth and looks exactly like real wood. The corners have nice bumpers to protect my phone. I've dropped my phone so many times and my screen is still intact. I would defiantly recommend this!

I hate cases and have never once kept one on a phone more than a day or two max. I've now had this case on my phone for the last month and it looks too good to take off! This case is BEYOND WORTH the price. It looks super expensive and it provides incredible protection. This case is worth at least $30-60.

Awesome Case! It fits the phone snug and has a nice raised edge to help protect screen when layed face down, which I do all the time. It feels good in my hand and is not slippery. All the buttons and holes line up perfectly with the phone. I like it so much I'm buying another for my husband!

I'm always on the hunt for a slim, somewhat protective case, but heavy on the 'slim' feature. I love wood cases but most add quite a bit of weight to the phone and bulk, but are beautiful nonetheless. I found the NeWisdom wood case, which has turned out to be perfect for me. Slim, is rubberized but with a wood veneer skin over the rubber. So it goes on/off easily, offers great protection especially on the corner, gives added grip to the phone and looks very nice. Did I mention that the price is right? I have the iPhone 6 but am waiting for the iPhone 5SE to arrive and ordered another case to fit that one. I wrote a review about the colors being different, but truthfully they are all very nice looking. The seller was quite to respond and the 5 stars are as much for the seller as it is for the product. Just do it. Stop spending hours agonizing over a phone case and pull the trigger. I think you will be glad you did.

Very nice case. Kind of regret not buying the triple layer one as I am not sure how much actual protection this one would provide but it looks great and feels nice. Not bulky whatsoever and fits the phone perfectly.

Got this for my boyfriend and its a very high quality case. Im always sketchy about buying cases on amazon because some of them don't protect week but this one does. Only think is I do wish the "wood" part was actually wood.

I have looked everywhere for wood since I had the original Iphone. None looked like what I wanted and the reviews were never good. This one looked great and the reviews were good. Now that I have it, I love it. Very nice. Very attractive, and looks like it will protect my investment.

Thin, and nice looking case he protects all edges and corners. Unfortunately mine started to peel and crack on one side without it being dropped or removed more than once. I didn't bend the case excessively, because it's easy to come off. May have just received a defective item. Otherwise I would buy it again.

I owned a nice leather holster already when I upgraded my iPhone and needed a new case that did not add a lot to the dimensions in order for it to fit. I had previously owned a "wood look" case that was plastic with wood grain appearance. When I found the NeWisdom Wood Case I was intrigued but skeptical that a real wood case could be made to be attractive, functional and meet my size requirements. The NeWisdom case meets all my criteria. I am very satisfied. It has excellent fit and finish. I put some furniture wax on the rosewood version that I bought and it brought out the grain and luster like a fine piece of woodwork. Several people have commented on my case and I am very pleased. I recommend the NeWisdom product.

Nice rugged case. I bought it as a 5th year wedding anniversary gift for my husband because it is made of wood. My husband LOVED it. It looked so sleek and masculine on his iPhone and the bumpers provide additional protection. Definitely would purchase again!

The product was professionally packaged and the instructions were clear and concise. I've gotten a lot of cases to review over the years and this is one of the best. It has a pretty straightforward mounting it to the phone. You just slide your phone into the TPU rubber and that's it. It's a pretty snug fit and protects your phone very well. It also has the benefit of having the wood overlay and it is real wood. As you can see by the wood shavings on Amazon description( I am not cutting mine becomes too nice! ). It does have a lip that goes around the screen so if you put your screen facedown it won't touch the surface you're sitting in on. I do recommend a tempered glass screen protector though. All of the ports and buttonholes are true fitting. The buttons are accurate and true so my sausage fingers worked with this phone case very well. This will protect your phone in moderate to high phone falls in my opinion. I think the rubber will protect your phone very well. The wood is going to have some protectioning feature but I think if it's a high fall or a hard fall onto concrete then it's going to crack the wood. Think of the wood as a crumple zone on a car. It looks great on the outside but I think under stress it may fail but will help In protecting your phoned. This is right up there with my OtterBox commuter! But more fashionable!
