    One of the better cases for your money
    Super solid yet flexible, the only bulk you feel is in the corners where you need it. Is there a wood veneer? I don't know. But it looks good enough that I don't care. One problem if you use a 3D glass screen protector - there is a little lip on the edge of the case that can get under the screen and pull up the corners a smudge. Aesthetically I didn't care, but it lessened the sensitivity of the touchscreen in those corners. I just took a blade to those corners and it seems to be fine now.

    Inexpensive and effective
    I am a chronic phone-dropper. I've broken every phone ever by dropping or drowning, and I just got an iPhone and I treat it like a baby... which is to say, I keep dropping it. (Just kidding, babies!) Thankfully, the first thing I did was stick this cover on that bad boy. I liked the pulled-out corners and the idea of distribution of shock throughout the case. Physics-wise it SEEMS to make sense, right? I'm not sure if it actually does that or if that's just pseudoscientific hooey, but I am sure that this case has (knock wood) survived multiple introductions to surfaces such as: linoleum! Tile! Carpet! Asphalt! Wood! and many more. I knocked off a star because the wood itself does not look great. It is wood, it looks like wood, but it looks like wood paneling from your dad's den wood. It looks fake. This is a great value, though. It actually works and it's wood.

    Brilliant case, exactly as advertised, i'm very pleased with it. I've been using it for over 2 months now and traveled internationally. Case is an extremely good fit for the i7 but still easy to take out when i've needed to change sim cards. The rubber/wood combo is seamless and the wood texture is exactly what I was hoping for when I bought it. Slightly rough, which gives it a great grip and the protective edging has already saved me a cracked screen! Added advantage, anytime I need to say "touch wood", I no longer have to go hunting!!!

    Very good fit,and the wood grain looks good, the camera cut out is very close to the edge of the camera lenses but does not interfere with it. This is my third case from this company and no issues with any of them.

    Case has a nice feel in my hand. Feels well made & I'm enjoying the wood look. Do wish the black surround came in another color....a soft gold or silver maybe? The black is too masculine for my preferences & takes away from the nature vibe I like. Otherwise, very nice.

    Sturdy and looks very nice, not cheap at all. Biggest complaint was that the case is too bulky. Tge corners jut out more than they need to and make the phone look a bit like a pencil box

    My last phone case was an otterbox defense, but i wanted something smaller this time. This is a really good quality, fits the phone snug and looks very nice! Have not dropped phone, so cannot speak for breakage protection but it looks like it will protect it well! The case over hangs the edge of the screen and the camera to help prevent against scratching. Love it!

    I've now had this case for 11 months, and it's still in awesome shape! It's protected my phone through numerous falls on concrete. (I have the triple protective case in sandalwood for the iPhone 6 and I love it.) And just as I expected, I've never gotten bored with the look or wanted to take a break from this case. The only downside is there are dark spots from wear on the raised edges on the corners. But they're not really noticeable and they don't bother me. It still deserves 5 stars.

    I have always liked the idea of a wood case but I wanted better protection for the front and corners if it was dropped and the cases made just from wood didn't seem to offer that. This case is awesome! Beautiful wood blended seamlessly into a rubber case! Love how it looks, actually really like how the corners are slightly turned out, makes it easy to hold! All in all exactly the best combo case I have seen and I really like it!

    Pretty much the total package I wanted
    I wanted a wood case with grip. I could use a little more rubberized grip but I really love the look. As far as protection goes, I dropped my phone while outside on concrete and it bounced to all my friends delight. (I have the case with the extra padded cornered). Bought a tempered glass lens cover for the screen. The case comes far forward enough forward in the front to offer a little screen protection too.

    I had this case on my iPhone 6s and loved it. It is a very protective case. I've had several table height drop a with the is case and not so much as a scratch on my jet black shiny phone. I pair this case with the dodocool stick-on cardholder, and have an extremely resilient cardholder phone case. The woodgrain looks nice and offers a good texture to hold onto. The rubber is strong and offers plenty of protection. I plan on getting this case for every phone that I purchase.
